David Berlin received his Bachelor's Degree, with honors in English, from Princeton University in 1986, and his J.D. from the New York University School of Law in 1989. Following law school, he worked in the Bronx office of the Legal Aid Society's Criminal Defense Division for nearly a decade, representing indigent defendants in criminal cases.

Since entering private practice more than ten years ago, David has continued criminal defense work and has expanded his practice to the civil arena.

David represents families of students requiring special education services at Impartial Hearings, Suspension Hearings, CSE Reviews and Manifestation Reviews.

As part of his civil practice, David also represents professional fighters and other individuals in the boxing world.

David is a member of the Bar of New York, Pennsylvania and Florida.
